Read Ring

The books of the future will not be completely replaced by eBooks, but we will always have the paper version, with pages, text, and cover. What will change are the means through which we interact with them, making reading a more interactive experience.

Based on this assumption, Read Ring was born, a wearable device designed to support reading. It is worn on the finger like a regular ring and allows the user to interact with the text to enhance its functionality. Read Ring enables reading QR codes to access additional content (e.g., Wikipedia links or YouTube videos) and save the most important parts of the text, thus making reading a more interactive and complete experience.
